Acceptance of Terms
By using IQ ERP, you are deemed to have accepted these terms of use. All users who access the services are subject to the rights and obligations specified in this agreement.
License and User Responsibility
IQ ERP provides users with a non-transferable, limited, personal and revocable right of use. Access to source code, reverse engineering, reproduction and redistribution are strictly prohibited.
User responsibilities:
- No misuse of the system
- Keeping login credentials confidential
- Preventing unauthorized access
- No unlawful data processing
- Accuracy and legal compliance of data uploaded into the ERP
Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in license termination upon detection:
- Hacking or manipulating the software
- Unauthorized licensing or usage
- Performing actions that degrade system performance
- Decompiling the code
- Attempting to access unauthorized areas
- Actions that create security vulnerabilities
Service Availability, Updates and Changes
Service Availability: (IQ ERP aims to provide uninterrupted service; however, it does not accept liability for interruptions caused by the situations listed below.)
- Internet outages
- Third-party infrastructure issues
- Mandatory maintenance operations
- Cyberattacks
- Force majeure
IQ ERP modules may be updated periodically. Updates may be applied automatically for performance and security improvements.
Termination and Limitation of Liability
SUB IQ reserves the right to terminate the service under the following circumstances:
- License violations
- Non-payment
- Misuse
- Creation of security risks
- Legal obligations
Services provided by IQ ERP are offered “as is.” SUB IQ accepts no direct or indirect liability for:
- Data loss
- Service outages
- Integration errors
- Issues caused by third-party software
